• Label submissions: artist or band name, email, genre, links to your music or socials, and your pitch.
• Client portal accounts: name, email, and password (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your raw password), plus any quote requests and invoices tied to your account.
• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe when you pay an invoice. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, or other card details on our servers.

We also automatically collect limited technical information standard to any web request (such as IP address and browser type) through our hosting provider's server logs.

How We Use Information

• To respond to inquiries, quote requests, and bookings.
• To review music and label submissions.
• To create and manage your client portal account, quotes, and invoices.
• To process payments for services you request.
• To send transactional emails (e.g., booking confirmations, submission acknowledgments) — we do not send marketing email without your consent.

Third-Party Services

We rely on the following processors to run the Site. Each handles data under their own privacy and security terms:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting for client portal accounts, quotes, and invoices.
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant; card details are sent directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for contact form and submission notifications.
• Vercel — application hosting.

Cookies

The client portal uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data Retention

We retain contact and submission records as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, and account, quote, and invoice records for as long as your account is active or as required for our business and tax records.

Your Rights

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
